The Showdown First chapter's first part

The Showdown

Blood poured down the castle walls as Joseph also known as Zaraneth the Wandering Warrior stepped inside. He had not come this far for nothing as he strode into the throne room, and faced the villain, the purveyor of evil sorcery and dark creatures for two thousand years now.
“Ah, Joses of Nazareth, brother of Yeshua, so interesting to see you here again. What is this, the third time you have decided to kill me? Nothing works as you very well know,” said former ancient high priest Caiaphas. His clothing was a semi-mockery of the ancient levitical priests. Blood stains and the cries of prisoners were heard.
“This ends now Dracul. You sorry son of a bitch I will make sure you don’t come back this time even if I have to drag my own body into Sheol with you. You’re the source of all this terror that has increased in this millennium. I stand corrected just a small part of it,” spat Joseph as he clenched his fists.
Caiaphas chuckled at his old nemesis, “Clever, clever indeed Zaraneth. Your son killed my son, and now father shall kill father. I like those odds…what is that odious stench?”
Joseph lit a cigarette that reeked of purely ground coffee and a small amount of hemp. He just glared intensely as he took several puffs looking like the cool mysterious badass he was. The silence was infuriating to Caiaphas.
“DO OR SAY SOMETHING DAMN IT! THIS ISN’T ONE OF THOSE STUPID DO NOTHING MOVIES THIS IS REALITY!”  growled the vampiric priest.
“Oh, sorry, I was just thinking of the best way to castrate you before I killed you. Whether I should use my daggers or rip them off with bare hands, because you seem to have lost yours a few hundred years ago jackass,” grinned Joseph. It was a tactic of his to intimidate his opponents with this method.
“Interesting Nazare, very interesting. I know your little ways all too well. You remind me of a puppy my son once had,” replied the monster.
“What’d you do, drown it then force feed it? By the way which little bastard of yours are we talking about, Vlad or the ones before him in ‘Salem?” was the snarky answer.

Wanderer Novella Trilogy

Hello out there to anybody that has bothered to read this blog so far. I am currently in the planning stages of a novella trilogy called Zaraneth the Wanderer. The three titles are going to be based from the fantastic Russell Allen and Jorn Lande albums: The Battle, The Revenge, The Showdown.
This will reveal the story of who Jonathan Near really is, the origins of his hunting down dark creatures, amongst other things I have planned.
I'm will have a thrill ride writing this, and well God help me is all I have to say. P.S. I will be posting The Cyberbird Episode 2 soon enough.

The Cyberbird Episode One

Episode One-An Armored Angel

His fist flew into the side of the humanoid reptile knocking it back from a woman and her children. Its crocodilian face snarled with yellow eyes glowing in malice as it was thrown up into the air by the metallic figure. Wings flapped out of nowhere as the warrior’s boots became talons.
“ROAR!” the reptoid snarled with fear as it was thrown towards a water tower.
The figure shot a Grecian glowing blade out of his wrist, charged with a white light and flickering golden electricity. He nosedived, bursting through the creature’s torso, making it explode. With an easy landing, the hero’s wings retracted, along with a beak and bird eyes that had covered his black visor.
          “Mister?”
          “Yes?”
“Who are you?” one of the little boys he’d saved questioned in amazement.
“What are you?” added the mother
“Some say a cybernetic birdman knight,” he replied.
The young son smiled, and shouted, “No, YOU’RE AN ANGEL! AN ARMORED ANGEL!”
“Yeah kid, whatever,” said a voice in the visor.
“Let’s get out of here,” another voice replied as the warrior ran his hand across a small ruby in the centerpiece of his belt which caused him to float.
The armored “angel” flew into the air, metallic wings extending once again, and was gone in a flash. About a mile outside of town the figure landed in a dense forest. Some of his armor gathered together, and flew out as a metal eagle-hawk hybrid which stared at the figure.
Said figure retracted his visor and now non motif helmet to reveal a young man of twenty years old and Caucasian descent. His hair was a dirty brown with hints of blond and eyes of a dull brown; he shook his hair and ran a hand through it. Sweat drenched his neck.
“Xel, we’ve been at this for two months now, and the guy Venic you mentioned keeps sending them like a bad strategy or something. Also, for once I’d like to reveal my identity to the people we save,” said the young man.
The bird looked at him and spoke, “Yes, I know Aaron… it can be hard, but you know we cannot be compromised. I dare say, was that the new kick you’ve been working on? Cause it kind of sucked. Oh, also I believe Venic may just be drawing us out in the open, because he knows we have no other choice but to save lives.”
“Hardy har har. At least I’m not a cybernetic bird part of an ancient armor. You never did tell me the full story of how you came here. I mean I remember meeting you, and almost dying, and you turned into what you are now Xelbrius,” replied Aaron.
Xelbrius’s hawk eyes viewed Aaron stoically. “Maybe I don’t have to my young padawan,” Xel replied with a strong drip of sarcasm.
“Ha ha. I’m gonna have to tell, Henrick to quit letting you watch Star Wars. I still think Episode Three is the best out of all the prequels,” answered Aaron.
“Yes, and believe me I’ve seen stranger things than that. Do you even remember how we met?”
“Yeah,” replied Aaron. “The day I began to share a telepathic link with a warrior trapped as a biomechanical bird.”
He started to sit down, then realized he was still in the light armor suit which if his helmet was enclosed would have been a back and chest plate, silver greaves, and the wrist blade from earlier. His right hand, slid back a small part on the suit’s belt buckle, and he pressed a small switch. The belt retracted into a normal one along with the suit going inside.
“Compact tech. I love it. Glad nobody else knows about,” laughed Aaron.
“I wouldn’t be so sure about that. It’s pretty well known in the circles I’ve traveled in. Ancient tech it is, and learn its specifications you must,” said Xelbrius in a fake Yoda voice.
“Seriously, your movie watching time needs to take a break,” answered Aaron as he sat down on the cool grass now wearing a pair of blue jeans, a plain white t-shirt, and sandals. “Enjoy nature, live real, be real.”
“I am real or have you forgotten?” said Xel waddling towards his friend’s shoulders. “Never did I think, I would be friends with a fired college drop out.”
“Yeah, never did I think I’d be like a freaking Kamen Rider or Guyver guy fighting evil demonic creations.”
“Guess, we’re in the same boat, and I will show how I was awakened.”
“Yep, two months ago, who could have known…” Aaron trailed off, as his eyes closed along with Xel’s both sharing their minds.

An Unknown Time Before

He woke up; wires ran to and from his body now on a medical table. His first natural instinct was to panic; but he knew he had to qualm that fear. “Where am I?” said the man as he tried to get up.
His body wouldn’t let him and he saw that he was still in his battle armor. “Arcon, Armacon where are you? There’s…wait a minute. This isn’t Atlantis. How in the..”
“Good, glad you’re awake finally. It has been many years since I have seen a knight such as yourself with a few exceptions here and there,” said a suited man walking into the room. “It has been too long Xelbrius.”
Xel shook his head; why did this man look so familiar? His beard was trim along with his hair, heck everything. In fact he wore some kind of strange clothing.
“You do not remember me, I am Venic one of the Kanor Mages from Atlantis.”
“I still don’t get it. Why am I here? Did you not face trial in Atlantis for terror?” replied Xelbrius.
“Ahh, I see you’re still stuck in the old days my friend. A Necangel such as yourself to have compassion for others is very interesting indeed. You see we have been experimenting for years using your body as a basis, Xelbrius…nanotechnology,” laughed Venic.
“There’s a still a few things you need to catch up on. I’m surprised you’re awake like you are right now. You see, Atlantis is now a barren wasteland with great cold known as Antarctica, and my brother and others of Cainor’s pact, well they run the world now with of course somebody kind of late to the show. The Illuminated Ones they call themselves or known to what many dub, conspiracists, the Illuminati.”
Still groggy, Xel shook his head again, and asked, “Why would you want to copy my body?”
Venic smiled, and explained with a flourish, “I have my reasons. I am more than human, much like you am I right?”
“I couldn’t help how I was born or what I was born from, but my allegiance belongs to the Elohim,” he replied as he felt strength going through his arms.
“Really, and why then can you not break free son of the Fallen? I have learned since Atlantis, you can only be temporarily humanoid,” sneered Venic, his eyes flashing yellow. “I can make you free again if you change your mind. You were an ignorant betrayer before; I don’t see why this is any different. Enjoy your rest Xelbrius, former Knight of Atlantis.”
Venic left and Xelbrius wondered what to do. “What does he mean only temporarily humanoid?” he wondered. Then he felt it, a pain he could not describe. He saw his arms shrinking, and mutating into something else, like wings.
“Oh, by the way, if you remain human too long and resist the changes…I know you’ll die. Ha ha, and don’t even think of trying to escape. We have invisible shock and laser lines everywhere that will destroy you or anybody that tries to leave other than an authority such as myself. Ta ta,” Venic quipped before closing the door.
The pain continued to rush through Xelbrius as tears rushed from his eyes. He tried to resist the change, and he felt his chest hurt. “Damn you, hell spawn. You’ll pay for this…” he whispered as he closed his eyes in torment.

          The Present

Sitting up, Aaron had to clear his head; Xel’s images of how he had awakened haunted him.   “What did Venic mean by son of the Fallen, Xel?” he inquired.
“In my human form…well I’m not human my dear chap,” said Xel in an imitation british tone.
“Ok, Mister Ancient Atlantean Knight Bird Man, explain please. In case you didn’t know, I’ve never read about this stuff in the text books.”
Xelbrius grinned, the best way he could as a bird anyway. His dark eyes gave off the essence of deep thought before replying, “Well, I’m actually the son of the one you call the devil, and one of his two ancient consorts, Lilitu, the first female Fallen. His other was the Nymph, Lilith, and the two were so similar in legends they became one in the same.”
“See I believed in the promise of the Messiah, and well, Necangel is a term used for a redeemed second-generation Fallen angel. I was born after the Rebellion, so I was given a choice, but the first twenty something years of my life I had no idea of my true heritage thanks to the kind Marzians that reared my brother Kartor and I.  The reason I’m in this form is well, I ignorantly betrayed the Kartarkian Knights in their final battle against an enemy of Atlantis. As a consequence of my ignorance, I lost my natural ability to be in a human form for long periods of time.”
Aaron scratched his head at the explanation, and sighed as he laid his head back down. “To be honest, I’m not a religious person, but I do believe in Jesus. I think that whole Son of God stuff is pretty nifty.”
“Ah yes, the Messiah. You don’t seem like the religious type.”
“You don’t seem like the son of the devil or a Fallen Angel.”
          “Touché.”
“Why do I get the feeling that a similar conversation took place before just between two different people, like the one we’re having?”
“No idea. Are you ready to learn more?” asked Xelbrius as his seedy eyes gazed at the sky.
“Not right now. We should get back to the Doc and see what he has to say,” said Aaron, as he got up and stretched. He flexed his muscles; before he had been just a regular skinny nerd, but ever since he and Xelbrius had become friends and fellow warriors, his strength and natural reflexes had increased three fold.
He figured it probably had to do with his and Xelbrius’s bond together. Also the extensive workouts and training the Doc put him through had helped change his physique. Aaron felt better about his own life, except when it came to the matter of family; his family viewed him as a dropout idiot failure.
Xelbrius seemed to have read Aaron’s thoughts because he asked after they transformed again and were gliding in the air at top speed. “Aaron,” he asked.
          “Yeah?”
“Why are you ashamed to talk to your father?”
“He thinks I’m a failure and disappointment,” said Aaron, guilt gnawing at him.
“Well, look at it this way, at least you’re not a second generation Fallen born from the loins of the prince of darkness,” laughed Xelbrius. “You know I’m serious.”
“Why do I get the feeling certain people would call you an unforgivable Hell Spawn if they knew of us? You can’t help your parentage,” answered Aaron. “I’ve read stuff about the Nephilim, offspring of the ones called the Watchers, do you think they had a choice?”
“Yes. You can’t help who you’re born to, but you can choose to believe or not believe in the One who loves. It’s not the blood but who you choose that matters,” said Xelbrius.
The bonded warriors leaned slightly to the left on a huge gust of wind. Aaron’s visor was scanning the ground below looking for any hidden Reptoids. So far so good. He flew in a flash past the forest, when Xelbrius gave a telepathic shock.
He stopped; below them was a car with a Reptoid on top; causing the driver to swerve in and out, hitting the rails of the bridge. It licked its lips…its large alligator head snarling for blood, and letting out a roar. Several police cars were following at top speed but the driving proved tricky.
“Time for work?” grinned Aaron under his helmet.
“Yeah, time for work,” was the enthusiastic reply. “Make it quick?”
          “You got it.”
With a quick flick of his wrists, small talon like tips came to Aaron’s metal gauntlets and gloves. He shot down, with Xelbrius adding extra speed; they grabbed the creature, and stopped the car before it crashed through the railing. The traffic stopped, as the drivers got out, looking at this mysterious armored angelic figure.
Aaron walked forward, and got into a basic karate stance. “What classification is it?”
“It’s an Allocroc. I remember back in Atlantis, Venic created these creatures to be the most savage inhuman soldiers he could sell to certain forces. Don’t worry about the history of it Anders, just FIGHT!”
Distracted momentarily by Xelbrius’s explanation, Aaron felt a large tail whip him to the railing. His armor stopped the pain yet that did not prevent Aaron’s body from breaking the bridge’s railing. He immediately leapt forward, with his fists clenched gazing at the Allocroc; it was a hybrid made from Allosaurus, alligator and crocodile DNA. How that was possible, well he’d find out later, he just knew that people needed protecting.
“Come at me you scaly lizard!” Aaron grimaced.
The Allocroc complied, and its seven foot tall reptilian body leapt with the dexterity of an iguana snatching its prey. With a clenched fist, Aaron opened the center of his belt, and orange-red light surrounded said fist. He leapt, and literally punched a hole into his opponent with Xelbrius chanting, “You can do it! You can win!”
Reptilian eyes peered down in fear as the monstrous reptile’s midsection was blown through. It fell down, split in half and dead, its blood burned away. Police cars stopped, and all the pedestrians got out, just then a blood curling scream was heard. Aaron ran on instinct, and Xelbrius threw his wings out as they dived over the bridge.
The metallic wings flapped, and Aaron caught the young lady in time five feet from hitting the river. He recognized her as an old high school friend he’d once had a crush on. He gazed at her pale white face through his visor; Xelbrius said nothing telepathically to him as they shot back up, and Aaron laid her gently on the pavement.
Down and away, a typical impatient redneck truck driver shouted profanely, “WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON DOWN THERE! MOVE IT DAMN IT! I’VE GOT A DELIVERY TO MAKE IN TWENTY MINUTES YOU DAMN SLOW MOVING-”
Aaron appeared in front of the beefy man in a flash, and the helmet disguising his voice said, “I just saved a ton of lives you ungrateful twit. Maybe I should throw you off the bridge! It’d be nothing to me.”
Since he was floating in the air and the energy from Aaron’s belt surrounded him the man thought he was looking at an angel.
“Wh-what are you?” stuttered the ingrate brown eyes terrified.
“Get some exercise and quit eating so much fatty,” said Aaron as he punched the eighteen wheeler’s engine in frustration. It broke and crushed the whole front end.
          XB, let’s go!
          Gotcha Anders!
The winged knight shot off into the sky and disappeared in a flash.
“W-was that-” the ingrate stuttered in awe.
“An armored angel who saved me,” said the girl stumbling over with a smile. “An armored angel who saved us all. By the way sir you need a bath.”
The ingrate ignored the girl as they gazed into the sky not knowing that Aaron Anders and his bird bodied friend were headed off to meet with the one they called the Doc.

Tales of the Wanderer #1: A Slender Encounter

There are things that go bump in the night. Some things are just ordinary noises like creaks, cracks and moans from old wood settling in a house. Others could be stray animals such as cats, or a raccoon rummaging through garbage. Like was stated before, there are many things that go bump in the night, and the man only known as the Wanderer was definitely no stranger to them. He walked down the main street of the small town, his brown eyes from under his hat peering into the darkness.
“I know you’re here, and I’m coming for you, Slender,” he whispered as he sat beside a garbage dumpster to keep warm in the night and sleep.
The morning’s sunshine hit the Wanderer’s eyes awakening him; he looked at the frost around him. It didn’t matter; the coat had kept him warm enough. There were ambulance and police sirens screeching down the road. Getting up the stranger decided to investigate what was going on; none of the townsfolk paid any attention to him. That in itself was surprising.
He decided to grab some breakfast at the local Waffle House. A small crowd was there; this was the morning rush he observed. Removing his hat out of politeness, the man appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent.
His skin had a tan to it, and a thin trail of whiskers surrounded his jaw. To the waitress he smelled a little like wine and bourbon. His ears picked up on a conversation being held next to him.
“Yeah, disemboweled the father was. Body was on tree branches, and the boy was vanished. Gone like that you know,” said a young construction worker.
Fright was in his comrade’s voice, “I’m telling you. They shouldn’t have messed around with that slender crap on the net. That thing is real. I’ve read that it’s been terrorizing people back to medieval times.”
“Hush. That man is listening. Who is he?”
            “Don’t know. Don’t care you don’t think?”
The stranger looked away as he lit up a cigarette that smelled of coffee; dark circles under his eyes betrayed that he hadn’t slept well until last night for a long time. His stomach growled with hunger.
“What will it be?” asked the waitress.
“Two omelets please. I like to intake a lot of protein.”
“Ok. You sure look like you don’t get much sleep though. It’ll be ready in five minutes.”
“Thanks,” replied the Jew; his hands pulled out a small Bible, and he read from the Proverbs, and sighed putting it back inside his coat.
How many times have I been through this? Hunting these things? Sometimes I want to lie down and die; leave this dark world behind. Tell me, God, why? I know why. We go through this constantly; when can I go home?
His thoughts were interrupted by the smell of his food; he got some hot sauce, sprinkled the eggs, and literally ate both omelets in less than a minute. He left a five dollar bill, and walked outside. All the people sitting around him stared at him strangely.
The Jew walked down the road, where he’d heard the police sirens earlier. Lighting up a cigarette, his brown eyes took in the area. How he was to hunt this thing down, well, things just seemed to flow together wherever he went. Distant sounds, his acute hearing picked up led him to a grizzly scene.

“I-I’m not sure what happened,” said a young woman to the police officers.
One of the law enforcement men was a sheriff, and there was a forensics team at the scene. They didn’t notice the dirty coated stranger that had just arrived. Fright filled the young woman’s eyes as she saw the torn up house of her now dead neighbor and missing son.
“Ma’am can you tell us what could have caused this? Were they involved in anything unusual?” asked the sheriff.
“Slender. That Slender Man game,” she replied.
“Ms. Dana Rockford is it? How long did you know Mister Johnson and his son?”
“Not long. I’ve only been living here for a few weeks, but I would notice something strange at their home. It would get dark inside; chilly when it was perfectly warm. Like it was-”
“Haunted?” interrupted the wanderer, brown eyes glaring at the cops and woman.
“And who the heck are you?”
“Whoever you want me to be officer. She’s telling the truth, and the slender game is nothing to mess around with. It’s how he draws his prey out. Kills the adults, sometimes the children but they become new slenders usually, absurd but I’ve been around longer than you would believe,” the stranger answered.
The cops looked at the Wanderer like he was insane, but his face just remained cold and stalwart.
“I take it your some self-styled paranormal investigator?”
“As I just told you, I’m more than that. But I’m whatever you want me to be.” He lit up another coffee cigarette, before taking out a small glass bottle of green liquid and used the still lit match on the oil. They heard him mutter the names Elohim and Yeshua.
A path opened up before them; tentacle prints could be seen going into the woods. Everybody stepped back; it was only logical. This man was not ordinary at all; the blade of the dagger he took out seemed to be based from an old Roman nail. He stabbed it into the beginning of the path; Dana noticed it had slight traces of ancient blood on it.
“Who are you?” she inquired intrigued.
“A friend that’s going to help. The father may be dead, but the child may not be. It usually takes the slender virus twenty-four hours to enact into the system. I can still save him; when Slender comes out, I want you to throw this match onto the dagger understood?” said the Jew.
Dana nodded; this day was getting very weird for her. After last night she wasn’t going to doubt somebody could hunt down and potentially stop these supernatural creatures that were only myths to most people.
“Sir, what’s your name?” asked the Sheriff intrigued. “Do you need back up?”
“No, I don’t. Just call me a Wanderer. All of you must not tell anybody from out of town who I am after today. I have my reasons; I am no fugitive but I have enemies that would gladly annihilate all of you if they’d known you’d seen me. They are the forces behind this, and they’re regrouping stronger than before,” the Wanderer replied. “You can just call me Detective Near.”
Near walked forward onto the path as Dana watched with bated breath, and in an instant after throwing his thick overcoat coat off that revealed a smaller lighter jacket, he held a coiled whip and ran down the path. The fire lit his way.

Panic filled the boy; his father was dead. Disemboweled…something so gruesome that if he lived through this, he would never play the slender game again. His captor seemed to be waiting for something; there were running footsteps. The faceless thin monstrosity walked forward from his grove of trees; the boy saw a grizzled Jewish man of twenty-eight staring at him.
“Been awhile. I guess some things never change uh?” said Near.
“Indeed they don’t you pathetic interferer. Why can’t you leave well enough alone? I am a legend, the thing that grabs children at night,” replied Slender’s literally blank face.
The boy could sense that great anger and a hint of fear was coming from him. It had to be this new arrival. Slender walked forward slowly.
He posed his tentacles before speaking, “How many years have you been at this Near? Over two thousand now and you still can’t destroy all of us?”
“Yeah the ones I destroyed before were the ones you’d spawned. Sickening really; I still see you’re a jackass for punishment. I’m not stupid; you’re the source of all the other Slenders in the past several centuries. You forget one thing unlike you, I can’t die,” replied Near cracking his whip.
Slender snarled as his tentacles picked up the boy, and hissed, “This last one here will be my protégé. My heir if you destroy me.”
“Let me guess you’ve sped up the venom’s process?”
A snarl was all that escaped Slender. The boy could feel sharp pains in his body, like his bones were going to elongate any moment. Slender tightened his shivering tentacle grip on the boy’s body.
Near’s eyes shifted to him; the boy’s face pleaded for the new pain to end. To not become a monster. A nod came from the Jew.
He spoke, “You know, I am the Wandering Jew. Sure, I’m not the only one that wanders and protects as you know. But I am THE Wandering Jew; the one who has hunted your kind for centuries. I may be able to disguise myself as an old man, but I’ve decided to throw that away. Why don’t you throw yours away as well, Zedekiah?”
A scream of rage came from Slender or Zedekiah; he dropped the boy. The venom’s process had stopped for the time being. Near used his whip to  drag the boy to himself, and he poured olive oil into his mouth.
“Swallow it in one gulp. It’s a mix of the river Jordan’s water, and the purest olive oil mixed with one of the three nails and prayed over. There’s also a small hint of silver a blood purifier. It’ll cure you now,” whispered Near.
The boy nodded, and swallowed the liquid. His pain was now gone; Near gave him a look that indicated to follow the lit fiery path away from the grove. Not needing any command to do so, the boy ran for his life.

Near and Zedekiah glared at each other; the Wandering Jew had put away his whip. “We end our fight here today and right now, Zedekiah. Only one of us will come out of this alive, and it’s not going to be you.”
Slender’s blank face crinkled, and leapt forward, shooting tentacles at Near, who dodged them all with ease. The Wanderer leapt with years of skill, and pushed off the side of a tree and threw three small glass orbs that broke. Green liquid spilled onto Zedekiah’s tentacles and one on his shoulder.
His opponent skidded under him, and wriggled out of his coat in the process, but not before taking out his whip that had silver pieces attached to it. Fear filled the Slender Man’s being, and like anybody trapped in fear, he was determined not to lose.
“I will take you with me, and you will live in torment until that Messiah of yours returns….YOU DAMNED WANDERER!” snarled Slender, as he formed more tentacles, and grabbed ahold of tree branches that became spear-like.
“Bring it on you thin bastard!” snarled Near as he ran through the rain of shots thrown at him. A large log came flying towards him, and with super human ninja-like moves, Joseph leapt onto the log.
His whip caught one of the shadow-like appendages, and he swung himself forward, with a flip. With eyes that were determined and cold, he choked Zedekiah’s neck, as he crushed the green orbs onto the monster’s blank face. The blankness melted away to reveal burned skin, and bits of a man’s skull showing through.
Zedekiah’s eyes were aflame with the sweet nectar for vengeance. With a piercing scream his face became blank again, but darkness was all that came from him. One of the Wanderer’s booted feet kicked up his jacket, and threw it on in one move while pulling his fedora down. Running with a few leaps in between, Joseph had two old fingerless Roman soldier gloves on both hands. The knuckles of the gloves shined, and with a punch he knocked the Slender Man back.
Slender’s terror was evident once again, as his tentacles shot out- in retreat. Joseph knew that this monster was planning to circle him and escape; he would prevent that from happening.
“I say we lay aside pleasantries Zedekiah, fight me in the light if you dare, slim pickins!” taunted Near. “Or is it a little bit too much for my delicate slender associate?” he said as he unlatched his glove, and lit a cigarette.
Zedekiah paused, an invisible expression of frustration was evident.
“You know you could go down as the girly man legend that was defeated by a money-grubbing stereotype that has an affinity for coffee cigarettes. Care for one? Oh wait watching your good looks not that there’s anything to look at,” laughed the Wanderer as he stepped back onto the lighted path. “Nice little limited time-space distortion you have here. What are you, a faceless pedophile that gets his kicks from watching little children sweeping in theiw bweds?”
Slender roared and between his ever shifting form, Near stepped aside, and threw the cigarette down onto the path. It lit up, large flames then a solid bridge of light grabbed the monster. He was frozen, and Joseph walked up with a now regloved right hand.
“The blood of the One, you despise, heal, and defeat you. Yeshua Hamshiach, Rausch, Yahweh Elohim, aishor ahavah!” said Joseph.
The former monster screamed in agony as he was consumed by the ever entrenching power of light and love. “By the way, I need my knife back,” he continued.
His hand grabbed the nail/knife, and he holstered it inside his coat. Everything returned to normal, and Jonathan walked up to the long standing onlookers. It was now almost sun set. Dana was still standing there, and the boy was there as well along with the police.
Near walked off from the crowd as they all looked at him. He ignored them all knowing they were safe for now. “Matthews, send one of the Kartarkians here to protect them,” he hissed into a small cellphone.

Back In The Groove

Well, all and anybody that bothers to read this rinky dink blog which I haven't been on for nearly a fully year, I've decided to give this stuff another shot. I left facebook to figure stuff out, and well, I know what I want to do. I overcame my writer's block, and I'm currently working on overcoming distractions as well.
If you want to know, last year I was busy moving to a new town due to my father's job, and well just trying to figure out life in general. For a while I was obsessed with different workout plans, and just got tired of constantly planning, and decided to take Nike's advice, JUST DO IT.
I will be posting my thoughts, and stories, and parts of my novella series, The Cyberbird I have been working on. The Cyberbird is a tribute to all things Kamen Rider, GARO, and Karas: The Prophecy and the Revelation, with a little bit of BioBooster Armor Guyver. It's also a love letter, as weird as that sounds to all my fellow tokusatsu nerds (tokusatsu is japanese for special effects).
So if anybody from Dan's Toku Rants, which I love, and would hire the podcasters as writers and a production crew if I owned Power Rangers, (yes I love Power Rangers and I'm not ashamed of it) is reading this, thanks for all the laughs and good times from your podcast I listen to every week. Also thank you to Agatha R.B. and Lee Estes for encouraging me and anybody else who will come across this. So if you're a youtube subscriber feel free to hit me up on here, and read some stories I'll be posting soon. Rock on and Elohim's blessings, for Heavy Metal NEVER DIES.-DMG101

Pure Unadulterated Grace: Revelation 22:19 Losing Salvation?: I will be transferring over much of my answer I gave to a man who recently asked me: Does Revelation 22:19 teach that you can lose salvat...
